The Rejuvenating Peel is a unique peeling that focuses on rejuvenating the skin. The combination of pyruvic acid and lactic acid lifts the skin without causing damage. This makes the peeling safe and suitable for all skin types.
Pyruvic acid: is an alpha-keto acid. The acid has an exfoliating effect, but does not cause excessive flaking and drying of the skin. In addition, it stimulates the synthesis of collagen, elastin and glycoproteins more intensively (the glycolic acid does). In addition, it creates a protective film on the skin, preventing the skin from drying out.
Lactic acid: Lactic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid and promotes a more homogeneous distribution of melanin in the skin for an even and clear complexion. In addition, lactic acid has an antioxidant effect and inhibits the tyrosinase effect.
