Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance but for the Tarot Party one week upfront.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session's value.
For new clients, if you cancel your booking, you are required to pay 40% of the total amount. This is because TreatWell charges us this fee even if you do not attend.
